Fall Bible Study

Wherever you are in life...

Whether you spend your days building towers lying on the floor…
Changing diapers and burping full bellies…

Running errands and waiting for the school bus to arrive…

You are called to be a mom after God’s own heart!

How do you do that?

Come to the Eastridge Mom’s Bible Study every 1st and 3rd Tuesday to find out.
Starting October 7th!
9:30 am to 11:30 am at Eastridge Church.
Childcare provided.

We will be studying from the book, "Ancient Paths for Modern Women, Walking with the Lord" by Judy Gerry

$10 each, make checks payable to Eastridge Church

ParkDays

Every summer (June-August) we meet Fridays at 10am at various parks around the Clakamas area. This is a weather pending event so watch for cancellations due to rain or cold weather. Bring snacks or lunch and stay as long as you want!

This is a great activity for kids of all ages.

*Water feature at park, bring swimsuit for nice weather

Prayer Requests

3-25-11

pray for wisdom as we raise our boys and our girls- that we (dads too!) will model for them how to be who God created them to be.

That we will see their "bent" and be able to ignite passion in them for the things God has for their lives. May His purpose be revealed in their own hearts as well.

pray that our ears and eyes will be open to the truth, God's truth, as we look at the lies we may have bought into. Thank God he gives us new direction and that his word can be depended on.

thank the Lord for another great school year and for His grace as He has been patient with us to learn the ways we should walk... and thank Him for new life!

pray for a safe spring break as families vacation and travel

pray for blessings and protection over our families as we continue to walk in the ways of the Lord and serve Him!

pray as we gear up for a new school year, for adjusting to new schedules, for health and safety, and that we continue to put learning about God and His Word first before all other learning because He is the creator of ALL things- even knowledge!

pray as we all feel the effects of the struggling ecomony- that we will trust in the Lord's provision and timing and look to Him alone for wisdom in all of our financial decisions, putting Him first in our lives

pray for those that have volunteered their time to watch our children during bible study- that they will stay healthy, be refreshed and enthusiastic about the ministry they are apart of

pray that we will be a group of moms that desire to serve the Lord first, our husbands second, and teach our children by example of living what it means to know Jesus Christ
